Devon Charity Golf Day 2019 - THANK YOU

The much-anticipated Life Education Wessex 3rd charity golf day took place last Friday 26th July 2019 at Woodbury Park Golf Club, Exeter, to raise vital funds to support health and wellbeing education for children cross Devon.

A huge THANK YOU to CAP Ceilings & Partitions Ltd and Nash Consultancy who kindly sponsored the event and to all of you who generously supported it, including our wonderful teams who contributed so much to the success of the day. Thank you also to business supporters who kindly donated prizes for the winning teams, raffle and auction lots.

Thank you to businesses Armstrong Ceiling Solutions, British Gypsum, The Heavitree Brewery, Modern Heating and Cooling Solutions, Minster Insulation, Sig Distribution and St Austell Brewery for sponsoring holes and to The Heavitree and St Austell Brewery’s for providing refreshments for the golfers during the day.

A massive Thank You again to CAP Ceilings & Partitions Ltd who also sponsored the ‘Hole in One’ competition and who helped to ensure the day was a great fundraising success. Not forgetting our wonderful Barclays Volunteers – we couldn’t have run the day without you!

A great day was had by all and most importantly with your support and Barclays generous match funding we managed to raise an amazing £15,001. This will help us continue our work providing vital health, wellbeing and drug education to Devon’s children, helping them to lead safe, healthy and happy lives.
